Greetings Visitor!

Thank you for visiting my website.  What you see is just a sneak peak of what's to come.  My site will now feature a blog and up to date information on my competitions.  

This is a very exciting year for me, my training has been revamped, I have new supporters, and best of all: "ooh ooh ooh ooh ooooh! I GOT A NEW ATTITUDE!". My coach has changed my training drastically, and I think the results were obvious this indoor season; where I ran a PR and Guyanese record in the 400m.  This year I will also run a few more 200m races, and I can barely contain myself waiting for the Caribbean Games and the World Championships.
